The Undertaker, Shawn Michael Induce Their ‘Foe Turned Friend’ Into WWE Hall Of Fame

Shawn Michaels and Undertaker announced the first WWE Hall of Famer this year, will be induced to the WWE Hall of Fame at WrestleMania 41.

The WWE Hall of Fame is an accolade given by WWE to honor their professionals and officials. It was started in 1993 and Andre the Giant was the first to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. 245 inductees have been induced to the WWE Hall of Fame as of 2024. It includes 131 WWE wrestlers, 46 legacy inductees,19 group inductees, 14 celebrities, and 9 Warrior Award recipients.

The 2025 Royal Rumble is the first stop on the Road to WrestleMania. Speculations abound regarding who will win Wrestlemania and who will feature at the WrestleMania Main Event. The Hall of Fame ceremony is a trademark for WrestleMania weekend. Shawn Michael and The Undertaker didn’t wait till WrestleMania to announce the Hall of Fame this year.

HBK Shawn Michaels and the American Badass surprised Triple H and induced him into the WWE Hall of Fame. Shawn Michaels and Undertaker made an executive-level decision to induce Paul Levesque to the WWE Hall of Fame. The Phenom stated it’s way past overdue. Shawn Michaels announced Triple H would be induced to the WWE Hall of Fame at WrestleMania 41.

Triple H who is generally very vocal was speechless upon hearing it. He took to X to thank the Deadman and HBK for this honor.

Paul Levesque took WWE to new heights since he took it over from Vince McMahon. WWE signed a $5 billion deal with Netflix for the Monday Night Raw. Its premiere broke all records amassing 4.9 million views globally. Stephanie McMahon too took time and thanked the legends for the honor.

The Game achieved everything inside the ring capturing almost every WWE Championship and winning two Royal Rumbles and a King of the Ring. The 14-time World Champion created NXT, a development brand designed to build future WWE stars. Triple H’s vision to create stars of the 21st century became the third brand of WWE after Raw and SmackDown creating its own identity.
