Lakers’ rookie Bronny James turned heads on Friday, January 24, as the South Bay Lakers recorded a solid 122-110 win over the RIP City Remix in the NBA G League. The 20-year-old, who was reassigned to South Bay following a brief appearance over the Boston Celtics last night, recorded a career high score and guided the team to a solid win.

Bronny delivered an absolutely sensational performance in his first G league game since December 28 and scored 31 points, 2 rebounds and 3 assists. The 20-year-old finished the game with 10-for-22 from the field and 5-for-11 from behind the arc.

While Bronny is having a forgettable tenure with the LA Lakers, averaging just 0.3 points, 0.2 rebounds, and 0.2 assists across 12 games in NBA so far, his stats in G League tells a complete different story. He is averaging 16.7 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 4.1 assists per game in 8 games, which included a 30-point performance.

Not only this, but during the game, Bronny James unleashed two impressive dunks, which left fans impressed. As Bronny delivered one of the most memorable performances of his career, fans flooded social media with high praised for the youngster.
