Seth Freakin Rollins Clears the Air about Stomping Roman Reigns Twice, Future Match Loading

Is WWE brewing a new storyline for a future triple threat between Seth Freakin Rollins, CM Punk, and Roman Reigns?

The 2025 Royal Rumble broke all records becoming the highest-grossing Royal Rumble of all time. Huge superstars and legends participating in the Rumble were part of the reason. The final appearance of John Cena in Royal Rumble while CM Punk, Seth Rollins, and Roman Reigns trying to feature in the WrestleMania Main Event made this Royal Rumble memorable. Jey Uso eliminated John Cena to the surprise of all and won the Royal Rumble. This was not the only highlight of the 30-Men Royal Rumble.

Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, and CM Punk in the same ring would automatically increase the tension between these superstars, especially with the history they share. Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins came face to face during the match and brawled inside the ring. CM Punk took advantage and eliminated both of them. CM Punk was about the celebrate when Logan Paul eliminated him. This was bound to create a dispute between them outside the ring. Seth Rollins and CM Punk got their hands on each other. The Visionary diverted his attention to Roman Reigns and stomped him on the floor. He performed another stomp on Roman Reign on the steel steps.

What did Seth Rollins have to say about stomping Roman Reigns

Seth Rollins was in The Rich Eisen Show when he was asked about the Royal Rumble. One of the panelists told him that his son thinks Seth is the bad guy for stomping Roman Reigns. Seth Rollins replied that the kid needs to learn that there is a lot of history between Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins that he doesn’t know of. Monday Night Messiah stated

Seth Freaking Rollins helped Cody Rhodes beat Roman Reigns in the bloodline rule match at WrestleMania XL. These two superstars started their career together as allies before Seth Rollins turned heel on Roman Reigns. These two superstars have never seen eye to eye ever since. CM Punk, Seth Rollins, and Roman Reigns were in each other crosshairs, and fans would be waiting to see a triple-threat match between them.
