Boxing‘s global stage is heating up as Saudi Arabia’s Riyadh Season delivers another blockbuster. On December 27, 2025, the Mohammed Abdo Arena in Riyadh will host “The Ring V: Night of the Samurai,” a high-stakes card headlined by Japan’s undisputed junior featherweight king Naoya Inoue.
Fresh off dimantling Murodjon Akhmadaliev last weekend to retain his undisputed titles, Inoue eyes his most active year in over a decade. Ranked third pound-for-pound by The Ring behind Terence Crawford and Oleksandr Usyk, “The Monster” faces his third unbeaten opponent in Mexico’s Alan David Picasso. This matchup sows seeds for a potential megafight against fellow unbeaten Japanese star Junto Nakatani in early 2026, promising an all-Japanese showdown of champions.

I give love to players when it’s due, but can be critical about their performances at the same time. Enough about me, now let my articles do all the talking.
