Nikola Jokic has recorded the fastest and the seventh fastest triple double in the NBA history.

Denver Nuggets star center Nikola Jokic scripted history on February 15, 2018, and entered his name in the NBA record books. Jokic came up with the fastest triple-double in NBA during the game that saw the Nuggets taking down the Bucks 134-123.

As he got himself on the top of the list of the fastest triple-double in the league, he surpassed Jim Tucker’s record of over 60 years. Tucker had recorded the then fastest triple-double in history in just 17 minutes in a game against the Knicks on February 20, 1955. During the game, he finished with 12 points, 10 rebounds and 12 assists.

While it stood tall for over six decades, Nuggets’ big man Jokic rewrote the record by scoring a triple-double in just 14 minutes and 33 seconds.

“The Joker” as he is called, finished the game with 30 points, 17 assists and 15 rebounds in a total of 34 minutes of gameplay. He shot 11-of-14 on field goals, 3-of-3 on three-points and 5-of-5 on field throws.
