Oba Femi has found himself an unusual opponent for his next NXT title defence. Myles Borne of the No Quarter Catch Crew (NQCC) has become his opponent at the event. Myles Borne is also partially deaf, which makes him an unusual challenger for the “Ruler” in the WWE.

Myles Borne relaliated that all rulers eventually fall. This ended their interaction until they meet inside the ring again on May 25, 2025.

Oba Femi’s title defense against Myles Borne can have only one prediction. Oba Femi will still remain the NXT Champion after the match. This is because Myles Borne has never been in a world championship match before in his wrestling career. His partial deafness might also hinder his ability to be a serious threat for Oba Femi.
