We could not have asked for a better way to end Week 6. Apparently, the support from the home crowd and Aaron Rodgers’ hail mary was not enough to get the Jets over the line.

Aaron Rodgers in today’s Jets vs. Bills game had the most yards as a Jet but for a losing cause. Rodgers threw 2 touchdown passes for 294 passing yards, including a stunning 52-yard Hail Mary caught by Allen Lazard. But the miscues by the Jets proved to be a crucial factor for the loss in this nail-biting affair. The Jets managed to convert only 1 out of the Red Zone touchdown opportunities, missed 2 field goals (from 32 and 43-yards) and were flagged 11 times for 110 yards in penalties. And to make things worse, a pass from Rodgers was by Bills Taron Johnson with 2 minutes remaining.

Buffalo Bills Player Stats
Josh Allen and co. put on a good display in the first half of the game but proved quite ineffective in the latter. The Bills scored 20 points in the first 2 quarters but managed to score only 3 points in the last two quarters (thanks to the Tyler Bass 22-yard field goal).
If not for the Interception by Bills CB Taron Johnson and the New York Jets being their own worst enemies by missing 2 field goal opportunities, the Bills would have lost the game. With James Cook sitting out, Ray Davis was the biggest takeaway for the Bills in today’s game. Davis impressed everyone with his performance as he racked up 155 yards.
