Bucks overcame Raptors 99-85 in the battle of two worst records in the league. The Bucks had a 9-point advantage at the halftime break but Toronto took speed with an 11-0 run. The Bucks pulled off with an 11-2 response to take the third quarter 27-24. Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 23 points and Bobby Portis added 17 points off the bench. Brook Lopez contributed 13 points with AJ Green and Ryan Rollins hitting 12 each. Gradey Dick amassed career-high 32 points for the Raptors in the loss. With five straight defeats, the Raptors fell to the worst 2-8 record.
Devin Booker’s 31 points and Bradley Beal’s 24 points with a double-double from Plumlee led the Suns to secure a 112-120 win over Jazz on the road. John Collins fought with 29 points and rookie Kyle Filipowski added 18 points but Jazz couldn’t recover, thanks to a poor first quarter.
