The Monaco GP is right around the corner. The Qualifying session came to an end yesterday. Teams are getting ready to finish the most historical race of F1 with new regulations. As the race reaches its much awaited start, teams will look forward to new strategies.

Monaco is race where you can get away with mistakes easily if you end up in a good position. A slow car or less performing tyre won’t be an issue if a driver can defend in the few overtaking zones. The narrow streets also means a slight mistake can cost heavily. Kimi Antonelli, Oscar Piastri, Isack Hajdar have been a victim to Monaco’s walls this weekend.

Monaco GP Starting Grid- What Should You Expect in the Race Today?

This race will also lead teams to gamble on safety cars and red flag incidents. The frontrunners are going to try and get rid of the “three sets” of tyres mandated by F1 for Monaco GP 2025. All together, fans should not expect the race to be as exciting as the previous ones. There will hardly overtakes during the race. The top-10 will likely remain same as the starting grid with minor changes.

The biggest change is possibly going to happen in the top-3. Leclerc might lose his podium finish with Verstappen and Piastri attacking him from behind.
