Bayley found her lost edge against Roxanne Perez tonight, securing a much-needed victory. The match between the veteran and the youthful arrogance was turning out to be another classic Judgment Day interruption-ridden affair, when WWE saw a small crack within Judgment Day. Lyra Valkyria took down both Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez and slapped Bayley to remind her of her brutal self.

Bayley transformed into a brutal, possessed force after the slap and sealed the match within minutes. The psychological warfare brought Bayley and Lyra close while creating a small rift within the Judgment Day, where Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodrigues, and Roxanne Perez were seen disputing backstage. Bayley entered this match after suffering a loss against Sol Ruca, and a victory over Roxanne Perez was vital for her.

The Mentor Edges Past The Prodigy, Ends Her Struggle For Identity

Bayley suffered a loss against Sol Ruca in a high-profile match at SNME and was in a cloud of frustration while entering the ring. The match itself was not going her way, with Roxanne Perez getting timely assists from Liv Morgan from the ringside. Raquel Rodriguez later teamed up with Liv Morgan, putting Bayley at a further disadvantage in terms of numbers.

In a back-and-forth affair, where Roxanne Perez was gaining momentum due to constant outside interruptions, Liv Morgan tripped Bayley from outside. It started a chain reaction where Roxanne Perez exposed the turnbuckle and hit Bayley’s head on it. She covered Bayley, but Raquel Rodriguez tried to cause an interruption, and the referee, trying to stop her interruption, did not count.

Lyra Valkyria dropped both Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez with a Cross Body outside the ring. She then slapped Bayley and asked her to wake up the Grandslam Champion. Bayley turned into a woman possessed and increased the intensity of her attack so much that the match ended within the next few minutes. Bayley’s much required victory pushed her on the winning track again.
