Iyo Sky vs. Stephanie Vaquer, Women’s World Championship Match at Wrestlepalooza, Match Preview and Prediction

WWE’s Wrestlepalooza is just a few hours away, and one of the five scheduled matches is between Iyo Sky and Stephanie Vaquer. This happens to be the most anticipated match of the women’s roster, but the stakes for the match are high this time. They will fight for the vacant Women’s World Championship. A title previously owned by Naomi, who had to relinquish it due to her pregnancy.

Stephanie Vaquer and Iyo Sky have fought each other twice on Monday Night Raw, and both the matches ended in disqualification owing to an outside interruption. It was Roxanne Perez and Giulia, the first time, and The Secret Hervic, the second time around. While both these matches were intense, they not only kept the crowd on the edge of their seats but also drained these divas to the last bit of their strength.

Who Is Better? Iyo Sky or Stephanie Vaquer

It seems like we would never find out who the better wrestler is, between Iyo Sky and Stephanie Vaquer, as both their matches ended in a no result, but we will finally get an answer tonight at Wrestlepalooza. Both these women will face each other for the vacant Women’s World Title.

Stephanie Vaquer earned her title shot when she defeated 20 women in a Battle Royal at Evolution, setting her as the #1 contender for the Women’s World title. She was all set to face Naomi at Clash in Paris, but Naomi had to vacate her title, and the match never took place.

Iyo Sky, too, was on the line for a title shot, but Naomi’s pregnancy forced her to pull out of the match at the last minute. Since both Stephanie Vaquer and Iyo Sky had a legitimate claim on the title, Adam Pearce scheduled a match between them. Both of them have already signed a contract for the match.

Stephanie Vaquer will eye her first title on the main roster, while for Iyo Sky, it will be an opportunity to reclaim her title. Both these women are known to have a signature style of wrestling, which they dominate. While Iyo Sky is known for high-risk maneuvers, Stephanie has a more grounded style.

Who Amongst The Two Would Become the Women’s World Champion?

Iyo Sky is speculated to win the title owing to an interruption from the Kabuki Warriors. The match between Iyo Sky and Stephanie Vaquer is more than just a title bout. While it would have been the best opportunity for WWE to push Stephanie Vaquer as a champion, Iyo Sky’s victory would straight away set her up against Rhea Ripley, and we would not want to miss that.
