Dennis Schroder's first start with the Warriors didn't go as expected.
After coming over from the Brooklyn Nets to the Golden State Warriors in a NBA trade last week, Dennis Schroder made his much-anticipated debut on Thursday night against the Memphis Grizzlies. The point guard was pushed straight into the starting lineup, hoping to turn the tide for a Warriors team that has been struggling in last 10 games.
However, Schroder’s first game in number 71 jersey turned into a nightmare, as Golden State was thrashed 144-93 by the Grizzlies in one of their worst losses of the season. It was a night to forget not just for Schroder, but for the entire Warriors squad.

Schroder finished the game with 5 points, shooting 2-of-12 from the field and a frustrating 0-of-4 from three-point range. His shooting woes were just one part of the problem, as he also contributed 5 assists and 2 rebounds in his 22 minutes of action.
