Grayson Waller Throws His Partner, Austin Theory Under the Bus on Monday Night Raw

Grayson Waller used Austin Theory again to save himself from brutal beating.

The A-Town Down Under has been having a long civil war, and the tag team can implode anytime. This is mainly because Grayson Waller constantly tries to take advantage of Austin Theory. The same thing happened again today when Grayson Waller found himself between a rock and a hard place, and he used Austin Theory as a protective shield.

Grayson Waller was announced for a singles match today. However, after hearing the name of his opponent, he immediately went to Adam Pearce to decline the match. He then saw his partner, Austin Theory, and pointed the gun barrel in his direction. Austin Theory, unaware of the situation, initially thought his friend was granting him a singles opportunity. But he soon realized that Grayson had used him as an excuse to avoid facing Sheamus.

Sheamus Made a Victorious Return to WWE Against Austin Theory

Sheamus scored a victory over Austin Theory, who tried very hard during the course of the match but then succumbed to a Brogue Kick. Austin Theory looked like he had seen a ghost when he found his opponent was Sheamus. Austin Theory endured a tough match, while Grayson Waller stayed at the ringside, ensuring he wouldn’t become a target of Sheamus’s anger by helping out his friend.

Austin Theory had brief moments of dominance, but he was no match for Sheamus. The Celtic Warrior delivered a white noise from the ropes and followed it up with Beats of the Bodhrán. Austin theory kicked out all the pin attempts till this point, but a Brogue Kick from Sheamus sealed his fate. Sheamus pinned him and won the match. It will be interesting to see what WWE has planned for Sheamus after his victory.
