Vacherot is seemingly enjoying the slow nature of courts in Paris. The 26-year-old hits a heavy ball, and his fearlessness to go for the lines under pressure has worked in his favor. He also manages to consistently win cheap points on first serve, which Auger-Aliassime will look to change. The Canadian will be hoping to adopt an attacking approach to counter Vacherot. If he can push the Monegasque to hit more second serves and play defensive tennis, he can advance.
Prediction: Felix Auger-Aliassime in three sets.
