F1 2025: Lando Norris Comes to Peace Ahead of Monaco GP!

Rohan Singh

Lando Norris finds a new resolve for the upcoming races in the 2025 season.

Lando Norris won the first race of the 2025 F1 championship. His performance in Australia gave him the edge in the championship for first four races. Norris’s performance in 2024 and McLaren’s speed made him an instant favorite for the 2025 championship.

But for Norris, the spotlight he earned was not easy. He was a victim of intense criticism and trolling from Formula 1 fans. Each mistake he made gave fans more reasons to spew hate against him. To make matters worse, Oscar Piastri was easily claiming better results than his teammate. Lando Norris had difficulty handling his McLaren, whereas Piastri, was racking up wins.

After Lando Norris’s minor triumph over Piastri, fans were expecting more competition in McLaren camp. However, it seems that Lando Norris has found himself a better solution.

Lando Norris Finally Overcomes the Pressure

There are many drivers who are dealing with loss of performance this season. It;s affecting their mental strength in different ways. Lewis Hamilton too is facing criticism for getting beat by his teammate at Ferrari. But unlike others, Norris is in the spotlight due to his results and faster car.

The exposure to criticism and hate comments was proving too much for Lando. He had a hard time in the past few weekends getting up to confidence. Sebastian Vettel also came to his defence to highlight the importance of his situation.

But, the Papaya driver is finally past his old worries

“I’m dealing with things better and approaching things in a better mindset. It’s just performance, all in all. It’s a human performance, it’s not just about car performance. I think in every sport, you need both.”

Norris is now looking forward to improving every race weekend. He accepts the fact that he may not win every race. But, for Norris the bigger picture matters. He is ready to answer the people who put him under scrutiny with his points tally after the end of the season.

The Monaco Grand Prix is an important weekend for the Papaya drivers. Lando Norris has previously earned a podium in the principality. He will be looking forward to carry the momentum from Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix to get better results. A possible victory looks susceptible considering the new regulations for Monaco.
