Seth Rollins and CM Punk have been obsessed with each other since the moment CM Punk returned to WWE. Their rivalry, instead of getting resolved, grows folds whenever they face each other. Seldom does a WWE Raw end without them fighting each other. They brawled their way out for a match against each other at the Netflix Premiere of Raw.

The Storyline That Started With CM Punk’s Return

CM Punk won, but their rivalry brought them together again at the Royal Rumble, where CM Punk eliminated both Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins. CM Punk got eliminated next, and these three started a brawl outside the ring. They met again at the Elimination Chamber, where CM Punk eliminated Seth Rollins. Seth Rollins, after being eliminated, delivered a Stomp to CM Punk outside the ring and handed over the victory to John Cena, taking away Punk’s dream of main-eventing WrestleMania.

This intensified their rivalry to the extent that they met against each other at Madison Square Garden in a Steel Cage match. They would have fought till one of them collapsed, but Roman Reigns entered and pulled Seth Rollins out to punish him and CM Punk. CM Punk, Roman Reigns, and Seth Reigns brawled till they got a triple-threat match between them.

The Unexpected Betrayal of A Wiseman And A Best Friend, Paul Heyman

The dispute increased further when Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman put the triple threat as the main event of WrestleMania Day 1. Seth Rollins didn’t like it one bit as he did everything he could to keep CM Punk away from the Main Event of WrestleMania. Just when Roman Reigns thought he had repaid the favor, Paul Heyman owed to CM Punk, Punk revealed it wasn’t the favor he had asked for.

He revealed the favor that Paul Heyman will be at his side during their WrestleMania match, which further escalated the disputes. WrestleMania 41 brought a new twist when Paul Heyman neither Sided with Roman Reigns nor with CM Punk but chose Seth Rollins over them and helped him win the match.

Raw After WrestleMania With a Twist and New Alliances

Roman Reigns and CM Punk tried to get an upper hand on Seth Rollins, but he was prepared, and he added Bron Breakker to his team, who laid waste to both of them. Seth Rollins then asked Sami Zayn to leave Raw, but the latter refused and became a victim of the brutalization from Bron Breakker and Seth Rollins.

They tried to gang up on Jey Uso, and Seth Rollins would have become the new heavyweight Champion, had Sami Zayn and CM Punk not intervened. Jey Uso repaid the favor when Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker ganged up on CM Punk. It was announced that CM Punk would join hands with Sami Zayn against the team of Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker at SNME.

It is speculated that the team of Bron Breakker and Seth Rollins would win the match by securing a pin over Sami Zayn. Paul Heyman would be present by the ring side, which means he would create a distraction to give his team an unfair advantage. They might get help from Logan Paul, as Bron Breakker and Seth Rollins tried to injure Jey Uso before his match against Logan Paul at WrestleMania.
