Cameron Norrie vs. Nicolas Jarry Head-to-Head Record, Prediction and Betting Odds for Wimbledon 2025 Round of 16

Sankalp Harikrishnan

Winner to face Alcaraz or Rublev in the QFs.

The last of the British title hopes on the men’s side, Cameron Norrie will be buoyed by his home crowd as he faces Nicolas Jarry in the 2025 Wimbledon Championships Round of 16 on Sunday. The Chilean has already dumped more favoured candidates such as Holger Rune and Joao Fonseca out of the draw, and guns for another win against the odds. Can Norrie continue his rich vein of form at SW19?

Despite entering the tournament without a grass court win in the build-up, Cameron Norrie shows up at Wimbledon more often than not. He defeated the experienced Bautista Agut in Round-1, before knocking out 12th seed Tiafoe in the next encounter. The Briton has a 19-15 record in 2025 – which includes a semifinal at the Geneva Open. On return games, Norrie averages 17% win rate and 21% break point conversion rate.

Including qualifiers, Nicolas Jarry comes into this match with an impressive 8-2 record across three tournaments on grass this year. The 29-year-old made a sensational run through the qualifying at Wimbledon – securing three wins without dropping a set. He beat No. 8 seed Holger Rune from two sets down, before crashing Brazilian hopes by overcoming Joao Fonseca in Round-3. Despite his lacklustre 9-13 record in 2025, his service game win percentage of nearly 89% is a cheat code.

Cameron Norrie vs Nicolas Jarry Head to Head Record

The head-to-head record between Norrie and Jarry stands at 0-1 in favour of the Chilean giant. Jarry defeated Norrie at the 2018 Miami Masters.

Coming face to face for the first time over seven years ago, Nicolas Jarry required two straight sets to beat Cam Norrie in the opening round at Miami. After a tight first set where he edged out the tiebreaker, the 6’7” powerhouse cruised to victory. Although Norrie won a thrilling qualifying match at the 2019 Rome Masters to even proceedings, this does not count in the official head-to-head (only main draw matches included).

Cameron Norrie vs Nicolas Jarry Wimbledon 2025 Prediction

One thing is for certain – this match will be filled with ebbs and flows – and there will be little to separate the duo. The Brit will have the home court advantage; however, he struggles to take control against big servers. Jarry will attack the Norrie backhand which is more of a rally extender than an attacking weapon. If Norrie can maintain an aggressive baseline position, he can pose a threat and qualify for the next round.

Prediction: Nicolas Jarry in four sets.
