Braun Strowman Injury Update: What happened to Braun Strowman?

Jacob Fatu manhandled Braun Strowman in the battle of the biggest, the latter might miss the 2025 Royal Rumble.

Braun Strowman is a physical specimen when it comes to the size of a professional wrestler. He is known for his brutal strength and he showed it when he came face to face with the Samoan Werewolf Jacob Fatu. One Big SOB was up against Jacob Fatu at Saturday Night Main Event. Both of them took turns to brutalize each other inside and outside the ring. Jacob Fatu dominated initially but Braun Strowman soon took control.

What happened to Braun Strowman?

Braun Strowman hit Jacob Fatu with two Locomotive and went for the third. Jacob Fatu countered it with a Samoan Drop over the announcer’s table. He threw Strowman toward the steel staircase and sent him inside the ring. He started a chain of hip attacks on Strowman when he was at the ring post. The referee intervened and stopped Samoan Werewolf but he threw him out of the ring.

The match ended in disqualification but Jacob Fatu didn’t stop the hip attacks until the officials entered the ring. He hit him with three Over the Moonsault even when officials tried to stop him. Tama Tonga had to intervene and stop Jacob Fatu. Braun Strowmen was bleeding through his nose and was barely able to get to his feet.

When will Braun Strowman be back?

WWE is yet to give a statement on the extent of the injury and when will Brawn Strowman be back. It can be said that his availability for the Royal Rumble looks bleak after Jacob Fatu manhandled him today. He might be out for a month or two given the assault on him. He can be out of WWE for the majority of February. The Monster among Men might have emerged victorious by disqualification but Jacob Fatu never cared about the win.
