Whom would you like to see in the Queen of the Ring Finals?
The Queen and King of the Ring tournament is in its final stages. The first two semi-finals will take place on Friday Night SmackDown tonight. Sami Zayn and Randy Orton will face each other in the King of the Ring tournament final. The first Semifinal of the Queen of the Ring Tournament will feature Alexa Bliss and Asuka. These two veterans will collide against each other to decide the first finalist of the Queen of the Ring Tournament.
Alexa Bliss and Asuka have fought in six singles matches against each other. Asuka and Alexa Bliss both won two matches, while the remaining two ended in a no-contest. They played their last singles match against each other on January 25, 2021. They will be facing each other after a huge gap of 4 years and five months. Let us dive into their journey to the Queen of the Ring semifinals.
Alexa Bliss was part of a daunting Fatal Four-way that featured Charlotte Flair, Candice LeRae, and Alba Fyre. Charlotte Flair tried to get a victory via tap out and held Alba Fyre in a Figure 8. Alexa Bliss beat her by delivering an Abigail DDT to Candice LeRae and securing a pin via three count before her. Asuka fought her way through Raquel Rodriguez, Ivy Nile, and Stephanie Vaquer.

Asuka received a little help from Rhea Ripley, who pulled Raquel Rodriguez out of the ring when she was about to pin Stephanie Vaquer. Rhea then delivered a brutal Riptide to her outside the ring and through her lifeless body inside for Asuka to secure a pin. Asuka and Alexa Bliss will now lock horns tonight on Friday Night SmackDown.
The winner of the match will move one step closer to the Queen of the Ring final at Night of Champions, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and the title match at SummerSlam.
