WWE SNME: Seth Rollins vs LA Knight at Saturday Night Main Event, Match Result

Result of LA Knight vs. Seth Rollins had to be tweaked suddenly.

Seth Rollins and LA Knight are the modern-day greats of WWE. Hailing from separate brands, they manage to somehow form a rivalry with each other. Seth Rollins’ crew made sure that LA Knight neither won the MITB ladder match nor did they allow him to qualify for the King of the Ring tournament. LA Knight retaliated and made sure that neither Bron Breakker nor Bronson Reed qualified for the King of the Ring tournament.

This started a game of cat and mouse between Seth Rollins and LA Knight. LA Knight straight away went after the root cause and ambushed Seth Rollins when he escaped from an assault from CM Punk. WWE announced a match between Seth Rollins and LA Knight at WWE SNME. This didn’t stop LA Knight, who paid yet another visit to Seth Rollins on Raw and delivered a BFT.

LA Knight received a brutal assault on SmackDown at the hands of Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed on Seth Rollins’ orders.

LA Knight Wins the Match, Seth Rollins Gets Injured

LA Knight was the first to dominate the match, initially throwing Seth Rollins out of the ring and then hitting his head on the announce table 10 times. He then delivered a clothesline to Seth Rollins. Seth was quick to shift the momentum towards him and scored the first two count after delivering a Frog Splash. Seth Rollins went for the Stomp, but LA Knight moved and countered with another Clothesline, followed by the Neckbreaker.

LA Knight continued his assault and delivered a DDT and an Elbow from the third rope to Seth Rollins. Seth Rollins averted disaster when he dodged a BFT and rolled out of harm’s way. Rollins delivered a Buckle Bomb followed by a kick to LA Knight’s face. Seth Rollins executed a Flying Senton and prepared for a Springboard Moonsault, but LA Knight dodged, causing Seth to land awkwardly on his leg and twist his knee.

The ringside doctors checked him, and Seth Rollins somehow managed to stand on his leg only to receive a BFT from LA Knight. It seemed like a quick adjustment to the ending, given the injury to Seth Rollins. The match would have gone longer, but Seth Rollins’ injury cut it short. LA Knight won the match, but not in the way he wanted to win.
