Fighter pay remains one of the most controversial topics in the UFC. Fans constantly debate whether the athletes get their fair share. Some fighters make millions per bout while others struggle to pay their bills. The conversation gets even more interesting when looking at Fight Night cards versus pay-per-view events. Fight Night shows typically feature smaller purses compared to the massive PPV spectacles. But these cards still showcase incredible talent and competitive matchups. But his value skyrocketed after beating names like Kevin Holland and Bo Nickal. His biggest payday came against Robert Whittaker, where he earned approximately $300,000. For the Allen fight, de Ridder stood to make around $400,000 if he won. Unfortunately, his corner stopped the fight after four grueling rounds. The exact payout for a loss hasn’t been disclosed yet, but he likely still earned a substantial six-figure sum.

Brendan Allen had earned $312,000 for his victory over Marvin Vettori back in July. His projected payout for UFC Vancouver ranged between $290,000 and $350,000. His win also positions him for bigger paydays moving forward.

For UFC Vancouver, Kevin Holland’s projected earnings ranged between $375,000 and $425,000. His loss to Malott marks his third consecutive defeat, which could impact future negotiating power. Mike Malott earned $54,500 for his only UFC loss against Neil Magny. Detailed earnings information for his other bouts remains scarce unfortunately. As a rising Canadian star fighting in his home country, Malott probably received a decent payday.

Marlon Vera brought significant name value to the bantamweight bout against Aiemann Zahabi. His projected earnings for UFC Vancouver fell between $200,000 and $250,000. Some athletes on the early prelims might have earned as little as $12,000 to show and $12,000 to win. Fight Night cards simply don’t generate the same revenue as PPV events, which directly affects fighter compensation.
