After Oleksandr Usyk vacated the belt, Dubois was elevated to full IBF champion on June of 2024. Soon after, it was announced that Dubois was to defend his belt against Anthony Joshua. He went on to knock out Joshua which is one of the best moments of Dubois’ boxing career. Since then, fans and analysts have been wondering who Dubois may take on next. There were speculations on if Dubois could take on Usyk next, but that will not happen as WBO recently ordered Usyk to defend his titles against Joseph Parker.
We cannot truly say who Dubois may fight next but the fight between Parker and Usyk is bound to change the landscape of the heavyweight division and potentially influence Dubois’ next opponent.
Recently, Frank Warren announced that a huge fight for Daniel Dubois could be coming soon. Let us see what he had to say.
Boxing Manager and renowned boxing promoter, Frank Warren has hinted that a big fight for IBF Champ, Daniel Dubois, could be announced in the next two or three weeks. This comes after speculations about Dubois’ next fight after his withdrawal (due to illness) from the Joseph Parker showdown that was supposed to happen in February of 2025.
Warren said “We’re gearing to announce a big fight for Daniel (Dubois) and will be announcing that fairly, fairly soon. I think within the next two or three weeks.”

I give love to players when it’s due, but can be critical about their performances at the same time. Enough about me, now let my articles do all the talking.
