WWE SmackDown Result: LA Knight, Jacob Fatu and Carmelo Hayes collide in a triple-threat for the #1 contendership of the US title.

Who will compete against Shinsuke Nakamura for the United States Championship?

WWE is just a few hours away from its final stop on the Road to WrestleMania. Four matches have been announced for the Elimination Chamber. Cody Rhodes will also decide whether he will accept The Rock’s offer. WWE announced that six men will compete for the final three spots in a triple-threat match to determine the #1 contender for the United States Championship.

Jacob Fatu won the first match against Andrade to become the first wrestler to enter the triple-threat. LA Knight followed Jacob Fatu and entered second by defeating Santos Escobar in the second match. Carmelo Hayes defeated Braun Strowman by disqualification with the help of Tama Tonga and Solo Sikoa.

LA Knight defeated Jacob Fatu and Carmelo Hayes to become the #1 contender for the United States Championship

LA Knight pinned Carmelo Hayes and won the triple threat to become the #1 contender for the WWE United States Championship. He will now face Shinsuke Nakamura for the Championship. LA Knight lost the United States Championship to Shinsuke Nakamura at Saturday Night Main Event. He has been trying to win the championship back ever since. The match between LA Knight, Jacob Fatu, and Carmelo Hayes was anticipated to be a physical match, and it lived up to expectations.

LA Knight and Jacob Fatu took turns to dominate the match. Carmelo Hayes also had brief moments in the match, but he was no match to the strength and resilience of the other two superstars. Jacob Fatu delivered an Impale DDT, followed by an over-the-moon-sault to Carmelo Hayes. LA Knight pulled Jacob Fatu out before he could pin Hayes. He entered the ring and pinned Carmelo Hayes to win the match.
