Bulls vs Warriors: Will Jimmy Butler play tonight?

The former Miami All-Star will wear No. 10 jersey for the Warriors on Saturday.

Golden State Warriors (25-26) will look for a comeback in the regular season after acquiring Jimmy Butler. The Dubs will take on the Chicago Bulls in a crucial matchup on Saturday. It will be the first game for Golden State since acquiring the former Miami All-Star, who is gearing up for the Warriors debut.

The Warriors suffered a 120-112 defeat against the Lakers on Thursday despite a 37-point performance from Stephen Curry. Golden State are 4-6 in their last ten games and have fallen below 500 again in the West. Warriors would look to make a fresh start in a 31-game sprint.

On the flip note, the Chicago Bulls dropped their most recent game to the Timberwolves, 127-108. Bulls, who start a three-game homestand, have posted a 10-16 record at United Center. Steve Kerr’s side have beaten Chicago 131-106 in their most recent meeting at Chase Center.

As per Anthony Slater, Jimmy Butler is not listed on the injury report and the veteran forward is cleared to make his debut for the Warriors on Saturday. Stephen Curry and Jimmy Butler both will be in the starting lineup. The former Miami All-Star will wear No. 10 jersey for the Warriors.

Apart from Butler, Gui Santos (Knee) is listed questionable on the injury report. Jonathan Kuminga (Ankle) remains out since his injury in the first week of January.

For the Bulls, Talen Horton-Tucker (Leg), Lonzo Ball (Knee) and Dalen Terry (Knee) are listed questionable on the injury report. Chicago center, Adama Sanogo has been ruled out due to knee injury.
