Milwaukee Bucks star, Damian Lillard will eye his third consecutive 3-point contest title at All-Star weekend.

The NBA announced the press release to confirm the list of players who will be participating in the All-Star 3-point contest this year. The 3-point contest is one of the popular events of All-Star weekend. This year’s player pool has been interesting.

2025 All-Star will be held on Feb 14-16 in San Francisco. The 3-point contest will include first-time All-Stars Cade Cunningham and Tyler Herro, along with NBA Cup winner and veteran star Damian Lillard.

This year, the player pool has become stronger with the inclusion of sharp outside shooters like Tyler Herro. The Miami Heat star is one of the top shooters in the league and he has the most made threes this season of any player participating in a 3-point contest this year.

Who’s the reigning winner in All-Star 3-point contest?

Milwaukee Bucks star, Damian Lillard will eye his third consecutive 3-point contest title at All-Star weekend. The former winner will be competing with current in-form stars like Tyler Herro, and Cade Cunningham.

Lillard won the 3-point contest for the first time in 2023 with the Portland Trail Blazers and defended it in 2024 with the Milwaukee Bucks. The 34-year-old is looking to complete a three-peat on Feb. 15.

2025 All-Star 3-point contest date and venue

The NBA 3-point contest will be held at Chase Center in San Francisco on Saturday night. There is no specific kick-off time for the event. It will start after the Skills Challenge, which is the first event of the night. All-Star Saturday night will tip-off at 8:00 p.m. ET.
