Patrick Mahomes is arguably a top 5 NFL quarterback of all time already. His dominance has taken the NFL by storm and nobody has been able to figure out how to stop him. Ever since he was drafted, the Chiefs have been winning at the highest-level and there is no stopping them. Mahomes helped the Chiefs reach their 7th straight conference championship round and their third consecutive Super Bowl appearance.

The only team that has won more, is the New England Patriots with Tom Brady. Mahomes will be a hall of famer, even if he decides to call it quits today. He’s won multiple championships already and is a arguably a top-5 quarterback already in his career.

The Kansas City QB has been so dominant that the Chiefs have never lost in the wildcard or the divisional round, under his reign. Tom Brady Joe Burrow, and Jalen Hurts are the only quarterbacks who have defeated the Chiefs in the playoffs. Whereas Lamar Jackson, C.J. Stroud, Jalen Hurts, Josh Allen, to name a few, have all fallen before him.

Mahomes finished the 2024 season with 3928 passing yards, 26 passing touchdowns, on 11 interceptions thrown. When he started, the Chiefs were 15-1 this season. He had a pass completion percentage at 67.5 which is his career best. Even though the Chiefs had an excellent record in the regular season, there were major concerns for their offense. They did not look the same as the previous years as they only scored 30 or more points, two times in the regular season. They were escaping with narrow victories and their defense pretty much carried them into the Super Bowl. However, even their defense could not save them this time. As Saquon Barkley, Hurts, A.J. Brown, Cooper DeJean, and Jalen Elliot overwhelmed their defenses.

Mahomes only lost to one quarterback in the 2024 Regular Season. He also helped the Chiefs reach all the way into the Super Bowl but came up short against the Eagles. The Chiefs and Mahomes performed horribly in the Super Bowl. In fact, the Chiefs were held to zero points until late in the third quarter. They looked lifeless on the field and had no idea on how to slow down the Eagles’ offense or defense.

How many Super Bowls has Patrick Mahomes won?

Patrick Mahomes has won 3 Super Bowl titles so far. Their first one came in 2019 where they defeated the San Francisco 49ers. Mahomes won his second title, going up against the Philadelphia Eagles in 2022. In 2023, Mahomes won his third Super Bowl, after defeating the 49ers, again. However, in 2024, the Eagles shattered their chances of winning three titles in a row.

How many Super Bowl has Patrick Mahomes been to?

Mahomes has been to the Super Bowl 5 times in his career. His first super bowl appearance was in 2019 season, going against the San Francisco 49ers. In 2020 season, Mahomes went back to the Super Bowl and faced the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and lost to the legendary Tom Brady. His third appearance came in 2022 where he took on Jalen Hurts and the Philadelphia Eagles. Mahomes again took his team back to the Super Bowl for the 2023 season, and faced the San Francisco 49ers for the second time in his career. This year for the 2024 season, Mahomes lost to the Eagles by a wide margin and nobody saw that coming.

Has Patrick Mahomes lost a Super Bowl game yet?

Mahomes lost against Tom Brady in the 2020 Super Bowl. The game wasn’t even close as the Bucs defeated them the Chiefs 31-9. In Super Bowl LIX, the Chiefs were blown out of the building by the Eagles. Mahomes just could not find any rhythm and was sacked 6 times! The final score was 22-40 but the game was already over by the end of 3rd quarter.
