Lakers will be up against a short-handed Sixers.

The Los Angeles Lakers will travel to Philadelphia for the second night of a back-to-back game against 76ers on Tuesday, January 28 at Wells Fargo Center. The Los Angeles side is coming into this game after a 112-107 win over Charlotte Hornets on Monday. Meanwhile, Sixers are coming into this game with 109-97 win over Bulls.

76ers vs Lakers Injury Report – Who’s In, Who’s Out?

For Sixers, Paul George won’t be playing tonight. George injured his left pinkie finger during Saturday’s game against the Chicago Bulls. He did not return after jamming the finger in the second quarter. Despite undergoing an MRI and ultrasound, George did not practice on Monday and will sit out against Lakers.

Meanwhile, Joel Embiid will continue to sit out due to swelling in his knee. The veteran has been sidelined since January 4th. According to Zach Ciavollela, Embiid was a partial participant in Monday’s practice, but will not play tonight.

KJ Martin (foot stress reaction), Caleb Martin (hip sprain), and Andre Drummond (toe injury recovery) are all confirmed out.

Guerschon Yabusele is listed as probable with knee swelling.

For the Lakers, Christian Wood (knee), and Rui Hachimura (calf) is listed as day-to-day. Gabe Vincent (knee) missed Monday’s game in Charlotte and his availability for the game tonight is uncertain.

LeBron James, who has been dealing with left-knee soreness, could be rested for Sixers’ clash.

Dan Woike reported that Lakers have recalled Bronny James from South Bay for tonight’s clash.
