Warriors’ superstar Stephen Curry has classy gesture towards Lakers’ JJ Redick’s sons

Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry is known for his kindness and he recently showed a beautiful gesture for the family of Los Angeles Lakers head coach JJ Redick. The Lakers coach lost home in the LA Wildfires as their his family was evacuated during the incident.

LA Lakers were in San Francisco for the NBA matchup against the Warriors on Saturday. After the game, the Golden State security guard offered two personalized jerseys for Redick’s sons Knox and Kai. Both jerseys were from Warriors star, Steph Curry, who earned his 11th All-Star selection last week.

“We’ll be in a house soon,” Redick replied when asked about his family, who were forced to evacuate their home. “So they’re safe, and they’re taken care of. The kids are back in school.”

Curry recently made a video for Grandma Kitty and invited the Warriors’ devoted fan with heartwarming surprise. Curry’s heartfelt gesture brought smiles on JJ Redick, who lost his home in the Pacific Palisades earlier this month. His son’s sports memorabilia collection was also destroyed.

Redick’s former teammate, Chris Paul and Victor Wembanyama also gifted their game-worn jerseys to Redick’s both sons, Knox and Kai. during Spurs-Lakers game at Crypto.com Arena on Jan.13. “If I could make those kids’ day, I’ll do it,” Wembanyama said.

Los Angeles Lakers are on six-game road trip and they kicked off their road journey with a 118-108 win against Golden State Warriors. Both teams will meet again on Feb. 6 at Crypto.com Arena. Lakers are fifth in the West with a record of 25-18.
