WWE SummmerSlam: Sami Zayn Finally Have the Devil Off His Back, Beats Karrion Kross at SummerSlam

Sami Zayn proves himself right again.

Sami Zayn finally gets rid of his recent nemesis, the Devil of Harbinger, Karrion Kross. He defeated Karrion Kross in a match at SummerSlam to finally close the feud and be done with it. With this victory, Sami Zayn held a 2-1 lead against Karrion Kross. He has already defeated him once at Saturday Night Main Event, while he lost to Karrion Kross on an episode of Raw.

Sami Zayn not only defeated Sami Zayn but also made sure to keep his morals alive. Scarlett, at one point in the match, gave Sami Zayn a Lead pipe to attack Karrion Kross with. It seemed Sami Zayn would turn, but he chose against it. He delivered an exploder to Karrion Kross and followed it up with a Helluva Kick to pin Karrion Kross and win the match.

Karrion Kross Proved Wrong, Sami Zayn Proves to be The Man He Claims

Karrion Kross has been trying to get Sami Zayn to turn to his evil side for a long time now. Backstage verbal altercations turned into a physical fight, and they collided for the first time at SNME. Sami Zayn was able to beat Karrion Kross, but it’s not that easy to get a devil off your back. Karrion Kross attacked Sami Zayn twice with a lead pipe and cost him the #1 contendership Gauntlet match for the World Heavyweight Championship.

Kross didn’t stop there as he attacked the injured midsection of Sami Zayn with the lead pipe again and was able to beat Sami Zayn inside the ring. It was after this match that their SummerSlam match was announced with one motive: to prove each other wrong. Karrion Kross’ victory would have forced Sami Zayn to say that he is flawed and that Kross was right.

Sami Zayn’s victory proves that he isn’t flawed, and now Karrion Kross will have to admit that he was wrong all along.
