WWE SmackDown: Tiffany Stratton Chooses Her Opponent For The WWE Evolution

The Attitude Era Legend all set to make her in ring comeback.

WWE is all set to premiere its all-women PPV, WWE Evolution, on Sunday, and announced a total of six matches from Monday Night Raw, Friday Night SmackDown, and NXT. All the participants have been announced for five matches, and the opponents for the Battle Royal for the Women’s World Championship are yet to be decided.

Women’s World Champion chose Rhea Ripley as her opponent for the WWE Evolution, while Jacy James will face Jordynne Grace for the NXT Women’s Championship. The Triple Threat Tag Team match tonight decided that Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair will face the current WWE Women’s Tag Team champions, Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez, in a fatal four-way. It was Tiffany Stratton’s turn to announce her opponent, and she aced it.

Tiffany Stratton called a WWE Hall of Famer, a legend, and her Elimination Chamber tag team partner, Trish Stratus, and announced her to be her opponent at WWE Evolution. The Attitude Era diva was honored and accepted the challenge almost immediately. It will be a golden opportunity for her, and if she defeats Tiffany Stratton, she will become an eight-time WWE Women’s Champion.

Trish Stratus remembered the time when they had to fight to get even a single match in WWE, let alone PPVs, and claimed it is all they have worked for. She also praised the WWE Women’s locker room, which is filled with raw talent. Tiffany Stratus and Trish Stratus have previously teamed up at the Elimination Chamber this year.

Trish Stratus will now face Tiffany Stratton at WWE Evolution for the WWE Women’s Championship. It will be a challenging task for her to defeat Tiffany Stratton, who has been successfully defending her title for over six months. Stratton is filled with confidence following her recent victory against Nia Jax in the last woman standing match.
