WWE SmackDown: Randy Orton Claimed He Would Prove That Pat McAfee is the second-Greater Punter in the WWE

Friday Night SmackDown today started with the grandest of reception for Randy Orton. He entered SmackDown for the first time after his neck injury. The 14-time World Champion has been one of the most respected wrestlers in WWE. The Legend Killer has made a living by defeating big names in WWE. He returned to WWE at the Elimination Chamber to punish the wrestler who attacked him.

Randy has been out of WWE ever since Kevin Owens delivered a banned Package Piledriver to him. He returned to the 2025 Elimination Chamber after Kevin Owens defeated Sami Zayn in the most brutal unofficial unsanctioned match. Kevin Owens was trying to end Sami Zayn’s career by delivering a Package Piledriver on the concrete when Randy Orton entered the ring.

Randy Orton claimed to become the best punter of WWE in short order

Randy addressed the crowd for the first time and said he will prove that Pat McAfee is only the second-greatest Punter in WWE history. He stated that the voices inside his head started talking to him again after a long time, and he liked it. He was going to punt-kick Kevin Owens at the Elimination Chamber, but the officials stopped him.

Randy compared his career with that of Kevin Owens and said that both have done vile things and crossed the line many times to get the job done. Randy, however, said that he did it for the business. He claimed that he admires Kevin Owens as a wrestler but not as a human being. He called Kevin Owens a jealous man, and he was jealous of Cody Rhodes and Sami Zayn, which is why he tried to end their career with a banned Package Pile Driver.

Randy Orton addressed the most talked about thing of WWE, and that is John Cena turning heel and joining the Rock. He stated that Cena was one of the few friends he has. He claimed John has always been on the top of this business ever since Randy started in WWE, but now he is just a bottom for the Rock. This gives a whole new meaning to the word “Rock Bottom.”
