WWE Raw: Penta Defeats Xavier Woods, Escapes The 3-on-1 Assault From Austin Theory and New Day

Penta defeated all the odds stacks against him and defeated Xavier Woods in a singles match on Monday Night Raw. He defeated Xavier Woods and neutralized the threat of Kofi Kingston and Austin Theory outside the ring. Not only that, he managed to escape the three on one assault from Kofi Kingston, Austin Theory and Xavier Woods after the match.

Penta lost momentum of the match initially and Xavier Woods showcased some impressive moves that left his opponent shell-shocked. Penta was quick to gain dominance but he had to struggle to keep the firm grasp on the match, as Xavier Woods kept coming after him.

Penta to Face Other Member of New Day, Kofi Kingston Next Week

Penta delivered a Penta Driver to Xavier Wood and would have won the match there but Kofi Kingston put Xavier Wood’s leg on the rope. Penta sensed the distraction and performed the Suicide Dive on Kofi Kingston and Austin Theory using Penta as a stepping stair.

Penta then delivered a Mexican Driver to Xavier Wood. The move floored Xavier Woods as Penta pinned him to win the match. Kofi Kingston and Austin Theory rushed into the ring to attack Penta but the latter was quick to leave the ring.

Penta knew that he would be on the receiving end of a three-on-one assault after the match. It was later announced that Penta will face Kofi Kington next week on Monday Night Raw.
