Two of the biggest superstars in WWE, Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso, will lock horns for the spot in the finals of the King of the Ring tournament. The winner would then face Randy Orton to determine the King of the Ring at Night of Champions in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The King of the Ring winner would get a title opportunity at SummerSlam 2025.

Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso, two friends driven by different motives, but their paths have a common intersection point, that is tonight on Monday Night Raw. Cody Rhodes lost his Undisputed Championship to John Cena at WrestleMania 41 and returned to WWE after 1 month to help his brother Jey Uso.

Jey Uso and Cody Rhodes to go Through Each Other to Reach the Finals

Jey Uso, who won the Heavyweight Championship at Wrestlemania, defended his title successfully at SNME and then fought alongside Cody Rhodes at Money in the Bank, but suffering continuous brutalization caused him to lose his WWE Heavyweight Championship to Gunther. He entered the King of the Ring tournament after losing his WWE Heavyweight Championship.

Jey Uso defeated Bronson Reed, Sheamus, and Rusev in a Fatal Four-Way match to clinch the Semifinal spot of the King of the Ring Tournament. Cody Rhodes was the one to save him from Seth Rollins’ assault after he pinned Bronson Reed. Jey Uso is sure to go after Gunther for the WWE Heavyweight Championship if he wins the King of the Ring tournament.

Cody Rhodes has made his return memorable as he pinned John Cena at Money in the Bank and then went on to defeat Shinsuke Nakamura, Damian Priest, and Andrade in a fatal four-way to reach the semifinals. He has his eyes locked on the WWE Undisputed Championship and will go after the winner of the match between CM Punk and John Cena at Night of Champions.
