WWE News: Naomi’s Pregnant, Relinquishes Her Women’s World Title

In an exciting turn of event on WWE Raw, Naomi announces her pregnancy news. While this was a great news for Naomi, Jimmy Uso and the entire bloodline, their was a downside to it that Naomi had to relinquish her title. She will be out of action for some time now. Naomi was not medically clear to compete against Iyo Sky last week.

Naomi and Jimmy Uso announced the news through Stephanie McMahon’s podcast. The future of Women’s World Championship is yet to be decided as Naomi was set to defend her title against Stephanie Vaquer at Clash in Paris. Now that Naomi is out of picture, WWE will have to decide how to decide a champion for the title.

Naomi Alerts Women’s Roster to Proceed with Caution

Naomi cashed in her MITB briefcase when Iyo Sky and Rhea Ripley visibly exhausted and became the Women’s World Champion. She successfully defended her title against Iyo Sky and Rhea Ripley at WWE Evolution. Ever since Naomi has turned heel, she has warned the women’s roster to proceed with caution.

Naomi’s new personna proved to be fruitful for her as she became the Women’s World Champion. She, however, had to relinquish her title owing to her pregnancy. This is the second time she had to relinquish her title. Naomi made sure to warn everyone and set the women’s roster on alert that she will return for her title and go after the woman holding it.

Naomi will now be out of action for more than half a year. Stephanie Vaquer is the number one contender for the title and she had a title match against Naomi at Clash in Paris, but that match would be cancelled now. Michael Cole announced that WWE will decide the future of the title on Monday Night Raw next week.
