WWE Elimination Chamber: Why did Jade Cargill attack Naomi before Women’s Elimination Chamber match?

Jade Cargill has yet to reveal her mystery attacker, but her actions might have suggested a name.

The WWE Elimination Chamber concluded today, and it was full of surprises. It had everything from legends turning heels to superstars returning to WWE. Randy Orton returned to WWE to punish Kevin Owens for his sins, while John Cena turned heel on Cody Rhodes and joined forces with The Rock. Bianca Belair won the Women’s Elimination Chamber, defeating all odds in the most mentally and physically exhausting match of her career.

The Elimination Chamber, while living up to the hype it created, raised more questions than it answered. The biggest question of them all was, why did Jade Cargill attack Naomi? Naomi entered the Women’s Elimination Chamber last and got eliminated even before the match started after Jade Cargill assaulted her.

Why did Jade Cargill attack Naomi?

It is speculated that Naomi was the one behind Jade Cargill’s attack. Jade Cargill was brutally attacked backstage and has been out of WWE ever since. Naomi might have attacked her to replace her as the other half of the Women’s Tag Team Champions. She was the first to ask Nick Aldis to allow her to compete on behalf of Jade Cargill when the former asked Bianca to forfeit her title.

Jade Cargill returned to WWE and launched an assault on Naomi to surprise everyone and launched an assault on her. The officials deemed Naomi unfit to participate in the Elimination Chamber. Jade Cargill was escorted out of the arena by the officials. She and WWE have yet to confirm the reason for her attack on Naomi, but given the turn of events, it wouldn’t be wrong to speculate that Naomi attacked Jade Cargill.
