WNBA Injury Report New York Liberty vs. Atlanta Dream: Who’s In, Who’s Out for the Crucial Tuesday Clash

All You Need to Know Ahead of the Barclays Center Battle

The New York Liberty return to Barclays Center aiming to bounce back after their impressive win streak came to a surprising end. Caitlin Clark’s explosive return reminded the league that even the Liberty’s dominant run wasn’t beyond challenge this season.

The defending champions started strong, holding a narrow 26-24 lead after the first quarter, but momentum quickly shifted away from them. In the next three quarters, the Indiana Fever got better off the visitors. Clark’s back-to-back threes flipped the momentum, and the Liberty struggled to regain rhythm for the remainder of the game.

Ultimately, the Liberty fell short with a 102-88 defeat on Saturday night, ending what had been a record-setting run. Sabrina Ionescu led the charge with a game-high 34 points, while Breanna Stewart added 24 to keep the Liberty within striking distance.

The Atlanta Dream extended their winning streak with a dominant showing against the Washington Mystics, delivering one of the season’s biggest blowouts. They won by a margin of 89-56 with Allisha Gray leading the scoreline with 32 points. Mystics’ top scorer was rookie Sonia Citron who scored 10 points.

I cover NBA at the Playoffs. I specialize in covering breaking news, Previews, in in-depth analysis (breaking down numbers, complex stats, nuances of the game, and converting them into reader-friendly content). Furthermore, I got into the sports media while looking for an entry into the media industry. I love International Relations, and since entry without majoring in the subject was difficult, I got into sports. Now, while majoring in International Relations on one side, I also like covering sports as part of the journey as a young Journalist.
