Wings will get shorter due to the absence of four players.
Dallas Wings will take on Golden State Valkyries for the very first time in the WNBA. Both teams arrive in Texas to get crucial victory in the WNBA Commissioner’s Cup. The Wings have gone to their lowest in the 2025 season and secured just one win out of 12 games. Playing their first-ever WNBA season, the Valkyries made a 5-5 start to the season.
It has been a nightmare story for the Dallas Wings in 2025. Picking Paige Bueckers as the first pick in the WNBA draft remains the only positive moment of the year. The Wings dropped their 11th game of the season after a narrow 84-88 loss to the Aces. Las Vegas overcame an 11-point deficit in the final four minutes of the game. The Aces went on a 15-0 run to handover Dallas seventh straight defeat in the regular season. The Wings also fell to 0-4 in the 2025 WNBA Commissioner’s Cup.

On the other side, the Valkyries had a roller-coaster ride in the WNBA season. Golden State are coming off a 76-70 win over the Storm, despite a shaky fourth quarter. The WNBA debutant has improved to 3-2 in the 2025 Commissioner’s Cup. The Valkyries are on a three-match winning streak and look like a formidable roster. If Golden State wins on Tuesday, they will have a second-best winning streak of the season, behind Liberty and Lynx’s 9-0 start.
As a crucial WNBA clash approaches, here’s a breakdown of the latest Wings vs Valkyries injury report.
