Shedeur Sanders is a 6-foot-2, 212-pound quarterback from Cedar Hill, Texas, and the son of NFL Hall of Famer Deion Sanders. Once projected as a top-five 2025 NFL draft pick, Sanders fell to the fifth round, where the Cleveland Browns selected him 144th overall amid concerns about his pocket presence, arm strength, and mobility, according to the New York Post.

Sanders began his college career at Jackson State, earning the Jerry Rice Award as the nation’s top FCS freshman in 2021 and the Deacon Jones Trophy in 2022. He transferred to Colorado in 2023, following his father, who became the head coach. At Colorado, he set multiple school records, including single-season marks for passing yards (4,134), touchdowns (37), and completion percentage (74.0 %) in 2024.

Overall, Sanders threw for 14,347 yards, 134 touchdowns, and 27 interceptions with a 71.8 % completion rate, earning 2024 Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year, finishing eighth in Heisman voting, and winning the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award.

Shilo Sanders, 25, is a safety for the Colorado Buffaloes and a 2025 NFL Draft prospect. He played as a safety and wide receiver at the Trinity High School, committing to the University of South Carolina in 2019. In 2021, he transferred to the Jackson State and played with his father, who was then head coach and his QB brother. In 2023, he transferred to Colorado. Across six college seasons, he recorded 217 tackles, six interceptions, and seven forced fumbles. He is projected to be a UDFA or late-round selection.
