Police officers were called multiple times. Though the sound was temporarily lowered upon their request, the volume reportedly surged again after their departure. The event, hosted at a luxury estate known for high-profile functions. It quickly gained attention for its scale and star-studded guest list.
Dubbed ‘Vini’s World’, the bash paid homage to rapper Travis Scott’s Astroworld album. The American artist himself performed alongside Brazilian pop sensation Anitta. Guests included Real Madrid teammate Eduardo Camavinga and several local celebrities.
Meanwhile, amusement rides, fireworks, and live music transformed the venue into what some have described as a ‘private music festival’. However, the party’s grandeur soon turned into a legal headache. The case has prompted widespread discussion in Brazil.
Questions have risen about celebrity privilege and accountability. If found guilty, Vinicius Junior could face a fine or a short prison term of up to three months. Notably, such penalties are generally symbolic for minor infractions. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 6, this year.
