UFC Fight Night: Blanchfield vs. Barber, set for May 31, 2025, at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, features a middleweight clash between Zachary Reese vs. Dusko Todorovic to start of the main card of the night. Reese enters with a 8-2 record, coming off of a first round knockout loss to Azamat Bekoev at UFC 311 in January 2025. The fight was as controversial as it could come as Reese’s team officially sent in an appeal to get his loss to Bekoev overturned due to illegal to the back of the head. However, in the end, the loss stayed on Reese’s record and here we are. His current record stand at 2-2 and he will be looking forward to bounce back from the loss he suffered in January.

Meanwhile, Todorovic aims to snap his losing streak after losses to Christian Leroy Duncan and Mansur Abdul-Malik. The fight airing at 6:00 PM ET on ESPN+ will feature Resse’s resilience vs. Todorovic’s experience, with both fighters seeking a win after coming off of losses, to climb the middleweight ranks.

Zachary Reese vs. Dusko Todorovic Preview

UFC Vegas 107 features Zachary Reese vs. Dusko Todorovic to start off the main card of the evening. Reese made his UFC debut in December 2023, after earning a contract through Dana White’s Contender Series, but it came in a loss via knockout from the hands of Cody Brundage. He has a professional record of 8-2 and 2-2 in the UFC thus far. His last fight was against Bekoev which resulted in a loss via first round knockout. His UFC wins so far includes a unanimous decision victory over Jose Daniel Medina, and an impressive 20-second knockout of Julian Marquez.

Meanwhile, Dusko Todorovic 12-5 in his MMA career so far and is currently 3-5 in the UFC. His is 2-3 in his last five fights, and the transition to the UFC has not been smooth for him so far. While he certainly has the skills and the power to knock fighters out, his durability has been a huge question ever since he made his UFC debut in October 2020. Todorovic is coming off of back-to-back losses, and hasn’t won a fight since October 2022.

Both the fighters will try to get back in the win column, and each fighters are desperate as Reese and Todorovic have lost more fights in the UFC than they would have liked to.

According to BetMGM.com, Zachary Reese is a -200 favorite to win the bout against the +165 underdog Todorovic. Reese being a $200 favorite means a $200 bet on him would win $100 if he defeats Todorovic. Conversly, Todorovic as a +165 underdog means a $100 bet on him would return $165 profit if he wins.

Zachary Reese’s power and longer reach give him an advantage over Dusko Todorovic’s technical counterstriking. Reese’s faster cage movement and high-volume striking could prevent Todorovic from landing clean shots repetitively. Both the fighters have been knocked out before, but we believe that Reese’s aggressive style could be too much for Todorovic’s technical essence of fighting. We believe that Reese will finish the fight with his striking and out final prediction and pick would be: Zachary Reese to win the fight via knockout (-200).
