UFC Perth Results – Australian Fighters Rise Up As Carlos Ulberg, Jimmy Crute And Others Decimate The Opposition!

Perth’s RAC Arena turned into an absolute battleground where Australian and New Zealand fighters proved they are not just tough, they are downright scary when fighting at home! UFC Perth showed exactly what happens when you give ANZAC fighters a crowd full of their mates cheering them on. The card delivered everything fans could want: brutal knockouts, slick submissions, and a lot of memories.

The success of Australian fighters in the UFC has been building steadily over the past few years, with stars like Robert Whittaker and Alexander Volkanovski paving the way for the next generation. This particular card was stacked with local talent, setting up what everyone hoped would be a dominant performance by the home team. What nobody expected was just how thoroughly the Australian and New Zealand fighters would demolish their opponents throughout the entire night!

UFC Perth Main Card Result

Carlos Ulberg (14-1) absolutely destroyed Dominick Reyes in the main event. He landed a devastating right hand that sent Reyes crashing to the canvas at 4:27 of the first round. Jimmy Crute continued his impressive comeback story by submitting Ivan Erslan with a rear naked choke at 3:19 of the first round. His wrestling looked crisp as he took Erslan down early and never let him get comfortable on the ground. The submission came after a series of scrambles where Crute showed his superior grappling skills.

Another Australian, Jack Jenkins bounced back from a recent loss. He outworked Ramon Taveras over three rounds, winning a unanimous decision with scores of 30-27, 30-27, and 29-28. Neil Magny pulled off another one of his famous comeback victories, submitting Jake Matthews with a D’arce choke in the third round after losing the first two rounds.

Australian fighter Tom Nolan opened the main card with a first-round rear naked choke victory over Charlie Campbell, showing great heart after getting hurt early in the fight.

UFC Perth Preliminary Card Results

The UFC Perth results for the preliminary card also favored the Australians. Navajo Stirling kicked things off for City Kickboxing with a unanimous decision win over Rodolfo Bellato( 30-27, 30-27, and 29-28). The light heavyweight showed great composure and control throughout the three rounds. Cam Rowston made an immediate impact in his UFC debut. He knocked out Andre Petroski at 2:41 of the first round with a beautiful left hook followed by ground strikes.

Jamie Mullarkey ended a two-fight losing streak by grinding out a unanimous decision victory over Rolando Bedoya, with all three judges scoring it 29-28. Alexander Volkanovski’s teammate, Colby Thicknesse earned his first UFC victory with a unanimous decision win over Josias Musasa, also by scores of 29-28 across the board.

Michelle Montague made history as the first female fighter from New Zealand to compete in the UFC, and she made it count. She earned a dominant decision victory over Luana Carolina.

The judges scored it 29-26, 30-25, and 30-26 in her favor. Brando Pericic announced himself to the heavyweight division with a first-round knockout of Elisha Ellison at 1:55. Alexia Thainara capped off the early action with a clean sweep decision victory over Loma Lookboonmee. This win will likely earn herself a spot in the UFC strawweight rankings.
