Light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira is coming off an incredible 2024 where he knocked out three tough challengers – Jamahal Hill, Jiri Prochazka, and Khalil Rountree Jr.. Now he faces what many consider his toughest test yet in Magomed Ankalaev. Ankalaev brings something different to the table. Unlike Pereira’s previous opponents who were primarily strikers, Ankalaev offers a more well-rounded skill set with strong wrestling credentials.

The co-main event has hit a snag. Justin Gaethje was scheduled to face Dan Hooker in what promised to be a firefight between two of the most exciting lightweights. Unfortunately, Hooker recently announced a hand injury suffered in training camp. Now Gaethje is set to fight Rafael Fiziev in a rematch! And this fight has the potential to be the Fight of the Night.
