Tama Tonga injury update: What happened to Tama Tonga

Tama Tonga brutally assaulted in the parking lot.

Tama Tonga has been a major factor in Solo Siko and Jacob Fatu’s recent victories. He has seldom wrestled but has distracted numerous opponents to give his Bloodline 2.0 members an unfair advantage. One of those wrestlers who was able to get through these advantages and prick Bloodline 2.0’s nerve is LA Knight.

LA Knight got through all of it and won the opportunity for a rematch for the WWE United States Championship. He won the United States title against Shinsuke Nakamura and got a target on his back. Bloodline 2.0 has been interrupting his matches and assaulting him after his matches. Each time Bloodline 2.0 was able to get an advantage on him, it was due to Tama Tonga’s interference, but one has to pay for his sins.

What happened to Tama Tonga?

Tama Tonga was with Solo Sikoa, about to enter the arena, when LA Knight attacked him from behind. He threw a few punches at Tama Tonga and then slammed the car door on his right hand. Solo Sikoa came to the aid of his brother and drove away LA Knight, but it was already late. Tama Tonga was holding his right hand. WWE shared an update that Tama Tonga has been taken to a local medical facility for an X-ray.

When will Tama Tonga be back?

Tama Tonga might have received a minor injury to his hand and might be back before you know it. WWE has yet to release an official statement on his injury, but it didn’t seem like a bad injury. He might be back to interrupt LA Knight’s match at WrestleMania and give Jacob Fatu an undue advantage.
