Rationale and Analysis

Kenneth Walker III is off to great start this season with 244 rushing yards and 3 TDs. Walker III has not touched the ball below 10 attempts in any of the games this season and already has 58 attempts for this season. He is the Seahawks primary offensive weapon and has proved to be hard to stop so far. While the Bucs have an excellent rush defense, Walker should be able to get at least a touchdown, looking at the sheer volume of touches he gets in everytime.

While the Buccaneers got back Chris Godwin in their lineup after his injury, he looked rusty to start the season with only 26 yards and 3 receptions. He’s still making a comeback from his injury this season and looking to get back to his 2023 form where he went off for 1,024 yards. Therefore, we think Godwin is not going to stay under 52.5 receiving yards.

Baker Mayfield has attempted more than 30 passing in three of the first four games. Tampa’s heavy reliant on Mayfield’s passing makes us believe that him going over 33.5 passing attempts is very possible, especially because this game could be closer than what most people think.

The Seattle Seahawks will take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for Week 5’s NFC West vs NFC South clash. The Seahawks under their new quarterback, are starting to find their groove and are looking like a contender this season. After losing to the 49ers in Week 1, the Seahawks have one three straight and have dominated.

Meanwhile, the Buccaneers just lost the first game of the season against the Philadelphia Eagles, and while they got back Chris Godwin from the injury, they lost an essential piece in their RB Bucky Irving and WR Mike Evans to injuries, who will not participate in this game. The Bucs, while winning three straight prior to facing the Eagles, have won every game in a close contest, making game winning drives at the very end of games.
