Penta Defeats Kofi Kingston, Get Attacked By New Day and Grayson Waller Backstage

New Day and Grayson Waller attacked Penta backstage, and the officials had to rescue him from any further assault. WWE officials and the War Raider were quick to drive New Day away, but it seemed the damage was done till then. The attack came after Penta defeated Kofi Kingston, even after the interruption from Grayson Waller and Xavier Woods.

Penta has been part of New Day’s story for a long time. Grayson Waller, along with New Day, has been trying to get Mexican Destroyer and other such moves banned from WWE. Penta already defeated Grayson Waller and Xavier Woods but lost to Kofi Kingston a few weeks back, owing to an interruption from Grayson Waller and Xavier Woods. They also cost him the match against Rusev last week.

Penta Gets His Revenge on New Day, Defeats Kofi Kingston

Penta defeated Kofi Kingston on Monday Night Raw tonight. What rubbed the salt on New Day’s moves was that he used a Springboard Mexican Destroyer to get this done, a move that New Day and Grayson Waller want banned. Xavier Woods tried to distract the referee while Grayson Waller tried to attack Penta, but Penta would never wall for the same trick twice in consecutive weeks.

Penta was ready this time as he sent Grayson Waller out with a Super Kick. He then tried to get a hold of Xavier Woods, but Kofi Kingston tried to pin him from behind. Penta countered and then delivered a Springboard Mexican Destroyer to Kofi Kingston. A move that is as dangerous as it is beautiful to watch. All Penta needed was to cover Kofi Kingston after that to win the match.

Penta has now leveled the score with Kofi Kingston and has defeated both members of New Day, along with Grayson Waller.
