Paul Heyman’s Vision of Destruction: Drew McIntyre Announces His Entry to Survivor Series: WarGames to End Friday Night SmackDown

Friday Night SmackDown ended tonight with a shocking development en route to Survivor Series: WarGames. Drew McIntyre reignited his feud with Cody Rhodes and joined The Vision to inflict punishment on the champion. Cody Rhodes won the match against Bronson Reed via DQ, which was the only good thing that happened to him tonight.

The American Nightmare’s Nightmare started when Bron Breakker and Logan Paul intervened in his match against Bronson Reed. They brutalized Cody Rhodes until the Usos returned to save the day. They drove Bronson Reed away with Superkicks and delivered 1-D to Logan Paul. They, along with Cody Rhodes, were dominating the preceding until Drew McIntyre entered to lay waste to all three of them.

Cody Rhodes was floored with a Claymore and then with a Tsunami by Bronson Reed. Paul Heyman gave Drew McIntyre the contract to join the Vision for Survivor Series: WarGames, and the latter gleefully accepted it.

A Chaotic Ending to Cody Rhodes vs. Bronson Reed

A hard-hitting bout between current WWE Undisputed Champion Cody Rhodes and Bronson Reed for the Undisputed Championship saw both men give their all. Bronson Reed dominated the match, but just when Cody Rhodes was gaining momentum against his opponent, chaos erupted out of nowhere. Bron Breakker and Logan Paul launched an assault on the champion.

They not only saved Bronson Reed from a certain loss but also assaulted Cody Rhodes, draining him of his remaining strength. The Usos ran out to save Cody Rhodes and dominated the Vision faction, but the numbers game proved to much for them as well.

Drew McIntyre Joins The Vision, Intensifies His Rivalry With Cody Rhodes

Drew McIntyre added a new chapter to his rivalry against Cody Rhodes when he joined The Vision to punish the latter. He was suspended indefinitely from WWE for attacking the referee, but made a surprise appearance, exploiting the loophole in the WarGames contract. The plan orchestrated by Paul Heyman worked wonders as Drew McIntyre’s return was nothing short of brutal for Team CM Punk.
