Paddy Pimblett Confident In His Ability To Finish Michael Chandler At UFC 314!

Paddy Pimblett believes that he will not get to the scorecards against Michael Chandler in their upcoming co-main fight at UFC 314!

“I think i could knock him out. I also think i could TKO him with leg kicks. But I don’t think he is gonna try to take me down. He knows I will submit him,” said Pimblett via ESPN MMA.

The Liverpool native’s confidence stems from his impressive grappling pedigree, having secured 3 of his 6 UFC victories via submission. His recent triangle choke victory over King Green showed he can apply his grappling skills against elite competition. Pimblett’s brash confidence might seem excessive to some, but his track record supports his claims. The Scouser has yet to taste defeat in the UFC, though he’s faced criticism for some of his closer decision victories.
