After losing out to the defending champions Argentina in the World Cup 2022, the Netherlands will also go again as they begin their Qualifiers Campaign for the World Cup 2026 in June Being drawn the Group G of the UEFA Competition, the Dutch will go against Poland, Finland, Lithuania and Malta.

The Netherlands will come into the Qualifiers following their defeat in the Nations League QFs to Spain. The Dutch have found it difficult in recent months winning only three games since July 2024. Ronald Koeman and his side will look to get back to winning ways as the Road to World Cup 2026 starts.

Finland vs Netherlands Preview

The Netherlands will take on Finland as their first opponents for the UEFA World Cup Qualifiers. The Group G clash will take place on 7 Saturday 7th June 2025 at the Helsinki Olympyc Stadium

Both sides have gone against each other six times in the WC Qualifiers since 2004. The Netherlands have never lost to Finland as they’ve won four of the six games. They will look to keep a clean slate as they look to announce themselves in Group G.
