Julian Reese
Julian Reese is an American professional basketball player, born on June 30, 2003, in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. He is 6’9″ tall and weighs 250 lbs. He primarily plays as a power forward. Reese is represented by the ADS Sports agency.
Reese attended St. Frances Academy in Baltimore, Maryland, for high school. For his college career, he played at the University of Maryland from 2021 to 2025. During his time with the Maryland Terrapins, he was a starter for three years. His college statistics include averages of 11.4 points in 2022-23, 14.2 points in 2023-24, and 12.9 points in 2024-25, with career averages of 10.8 points. He also averaged 13.3 points and nine rebounds per game in his senior year (2024-2025 season), starting all 36 games.
In the 2025 NBA draft, Julian Reese was not selected by any team, becoming an undrafted free agent. However, his professional career began shortly after. On June 30, 2025, he signed with the Los Angeles Lakers for the NBA Summer League. On October 17, 2025, Reese signed an Exhibit 10 contract with the Toronto Raptors. His sister, Angel Reese, a WNBA player, expressed her pride in her younger brother’s signing with the Raptors. He is also a cousin of Jordan Hawkins.
