We are soon going to witness the end of the NBA 2025 Finals. The Oklahoma City Thunder has taken a 3-2 lead over the Indiana Pacers and can finish the business in Game 6. In Game 5, we saw Jalen Williams soar for a 40-point outburst, proving that OKC is not just about Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.
Pascal Siakam’s 28 points kept the Pacers in the hunt, but he will face a big challenge here if PG Tyrese Haliburton misses the action. At any rate, this can be the final player props piece of the season, so let us go out with a bang!
Here are my five favorite picks for NBA Finals Game 6 based on FanDuel and BetMGM.
Aaron Nesmith U 11.5 points for +102 (FanDuel)
Nesmith had his best effort in Game 5 with a 14-point performance. However, he has scored 10 or fewer in three of the five games. One impressive thing about his up-and-down scoring has been his three-point shooting. The forward has nailed 2.8 triples on an excellent 51.9% shooting.
Thus, he will come in the game with some rhythm, and with Haliburton’s injury, his responsibility will increase. I expect him to breach the 12-point mark.
TJ McConnell O 10.5 points for -105 (BetMGM)
McConnell has hustled hard off the bench and did his best to cover up for Haliburton in Game 5. While Haliburton scored just 4 points, the gusty guard had an 18-point performance off the bench, once again pickpocketing at least 2 steals.
At any rate, with Haliburton’s injury, he can get extended minutes and hit the 11-point mark for the second time in five games.
Obi Toppin O 10.5 points for -102 (FanDuel)
Toppin has been a solid contributor off the bench for the Pacers throughout the season. He scored 12 in the last game and has put up 12 or more in three of the five games.
He saved his best for the Finals, averaging 11.4 PPG in the championship round, while not even hitting the 10 PPG mark in the previous three series. I believe he will score in the 11-14 range here.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander O 33.5 points for -110 (BetMGM)
SGA has undoubtedly been the best scorer this season, and his finals production has been no different. The high-scoring guard has accumulated 32.4 PPG in the title round, scoring 34 or more on three occasions. He has now hit this mark in seven of the last 11 postseason games.
Thus, I believe the guard will close out the finals with a 35+ points performance.
Chet Holmgren Over 9.5 rebounds for -102 (FanDuel)
Holmgren’s rebounding has played a huge role in the Thunder’s success. While he is scoring just 12.7 PPG on a sub-par 37.3% shooting, the PF has stacked 9.6 rebounds/game in the final round. He has pulled down 10 or more boards in three straight games. I expect him to continue the trend here.

I got into NBA writing through social media interactions in the mid-2010s as I shared my takes on young talents such as D’Angelo Russell. I hope you enjoy reading my pieces as much as Dennis Rodman loved rebounding the basketball!
